Breakfast

Other than occasional cookies, Kim Kardashian is a person who believes in an adequate diet and regularly working out to maintain her physique. She has tried various diets over the years. Recently, she switched to veganism and convinced her sisters to do the same.

She loves eggs, fruits and green juices for breakfast. Kim also loves avocado toast and pancakes with blueberry oatmeal and a bowl of cereal.

Kim takes fish or chicken with a variety of vegetables and fruit for lunch. Also, she eats avocado and healthy fats like nuts and olive oil. She consumes plenty of water and is cautious about drinking drinks that are sweet. She is often carrying her water bottle to ensure she is hydrated throughout her day. This is especially important as she is often working out. Her workouts include cardio, strength training, and HIIT exercises. She also likes Pilates and yoga.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian loves plant-based foods. The KKW Beauty mogul has shared numerous delicious meals that are based on vegetables with her fans on social media. She recently shared that her diet based on carbs has helped her lose weight from her baby.

The reality star does not abstain from all sweets or unhealthy food choices despite her craving for sweets. She maintains her figure by balancing calories with consistent exercise.

Kim Kardashian enjoys vegan tacos for lunch. She also loves a meal loaded with protein, like chicken, fish or avocado on toast.

Dinner

Kim is a billionaire and has access to the best surgeons, chefs, and personal trainers in the world. Kim has a smoking hot body that makes us all smile. However, her diet and exercise routine have been the subject of debate.

Kim lost 60 pounds in the last few months after the birth of her son Saint. She credited the strict Atkins Diet for this. According to her nutritionist the diet that is low in carbs helped her lose weight and keep it off.

Snacks

The 42-year old recently was in the news after sharing photos of her latest snack addiction on Twitter. The image showed a bowl of Hummus and a bunch of celery, carrots, and cucumber sticks that were iced.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s veggies and hummus are stored in glass jars, similar to her sister Khloe, on the upper shelf of the pantry. The jars are neatly stacked and lined up at the same height.

The rest of the snack drawer is stocked with a variety of healthy, high-protein organic bars and snacks. There’s also a container with chia seeds that is neatly stacked on the shelf. Kourtney is healthy by cooking meals such as turkey chili or vegetable soup on Sundays and storing them for the following week. She will also cook healthier chicken tenders that she keeps in the freezer to be used on busy days.
