Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional treat is a firm believer in a balanced diet and regularly exercising to keep her body in shape. She has tried many different diets over the years but, in recent times, she changed to a vegan diet and even influenced her sisters into the same diet.

She loves eggs, fruits and green juices as breakfast. Kim is also known to love avocado on toast and pancakes (especially blueberry oatmeal) and a bowl of cereal.

Kim is a fish or chicken eater along with a variety of veggies and berries for lunch. Also, she eats avocado and healthy fats like nuts and olive oil. She consumes plenty of fluids and is cautious about drinking sweet drinks. She usually carries the water bottle to ensure she is hydrated throughout her day. This is especially important because she frequently works out. Her workouts include cardio, strength training and HIIT exercises. She also loves Pilates yoga, yoga, and other forms of fitness.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian is a fan of plant-based food items. The KKW Beauty mogul shared a many delicious vegetable-based dishes on her social media accounts with her followers. Recently, she revealed that her diet based on carbs has helped her lose weight from her baby.
