Kim Kardashian is one of the most photographed women It’s not a surprise that her diet and workout routine are in the news. But is it really healthy? We asked two experts to share their opinions.

Kim caused controversy last year after she confessed that she shed some weight to fit in a dress worn Marilyn Monroe. Her diet has changed since her last post.

Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional cookies she believes in a balanced and healthy diet and regularly exercising to keep her body in shape. She has tried a variety of diets throughout the years. Recently, she shifted to veganism and convinced her sisters to follow suit.

She is a big fan of eggs, fruits and green juices for breakfast. Kim also enjoys avocado on toast and pancakes topped with blueberry oatmeal and a bowl cereal.

Kim eats fish or chicken along with a variety vegetables and fruits for lunch. She also eats avocados and healthy fats like nuts and olive oils. She drinks plenty of water and avoids sugary beverages. She carries a water bottle with her to stay hydrated. This is particularly important since she often works out. Her workouts include cardio, strength training and HIIT exercises. She also loves Pilates and yoga.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian is a fan of plant-based eats. The KKW Beauty mogul shared a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes with her social media followers. She recently revealed that her diet based on carbs has helped her lose baby weight.

The reality show host doesn’t give up all sweets or fat-laden foods despite her sweet tooth. She maintains her physique by balancing calorie control with consistent exercise.

When it is time for lunch, Kim Kardashian loves vegan tacos and salads. She also adores a meal that is filled with protein, like fish, chicken or avocado toast.

Dinner

Kim is a billionaire with access to the best surgeons and chefs, as well as personal trainers in the world. Kim has a smokin’ hot body, which is an inspiration to us all. However her diet and exercise routine have been the topic of debate.

Like her sister Khloe in the pantry and the pantry, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians actress stores her hummus and vegetable sticks in glass jars. The jars are all neatly laid out and stacked at an even height.

The remainder of the snack drawer is filled with a variety of high-protein, organic bars and snacks. She also has a jar with chia seeds that is neatly stacked on the shelf. Kourtney stays healthy by preparing meals such as vegetable soup or turkey Chili on Sundays, and then storing the leftovers for the next week. She will also cook healthier chicken tenders which she stores in the freezer to use on busy days.
