Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional treat she believes in a balanced diet and regularly exercising to maintain her body. She has tried a variety of diets throughout the years. Recently, she made the switch to a vegan diet and convinced her sisters to do the same.

Kim is a huge fan of eggs, fruit, and green juices for breakfast. Kim is also known for her avocado toast on toast and pancakes (especially blueberry oatmeal) and cereal in a bowl.

Kim takes fish or chicken along with a variety of veggies and berries for lunch. She also eats avocados as well as healthy fats such as olive oils and nuts. She consumes plenty of fluids and avoids sweet drinks. She always has an empty water bottle to stay hydrated. This is important because she does a lot of exercise. Her workouts include cardio, strength training, and HIIT exercises. She also enjoys Pilates and yoga.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian loves plant-based foods. The KKW Beauty mogul has shared many delicious vegetarian meals with her followers on social media. Her carb-conscious eating strategy has helped her shed baby weight, she recently revealed.

Despite her sweet tooth, the reality TV star does not cut out all sweets or fatty foods. Instead, she employs an appropriate balance of calorie control and consistent exercise to keep her figure.

When it comes to lunch, Kim Kardashian loves vegan tacos and salads. She also loves a meal high in protein, like chicken, fish or avocado toast.

Dinner

Snacks

While most of Kim’s diet is healthy and clean but she does indulge in her fair share of junk food. The 42-year old caused an uproar on Twitter after posting a photo of her new snack obsession. The image included a bowl filled with Hummus, a string of carrots, celery and cucumber sticks, all on ice.

Like her sister Khloe in the pantry, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians actress stores her hummus and vegetables in glass jars. The jars have been neatly stacked and lined at the same height.

The rest of the snack box is filled with organic bars and snacks that are high in protein. There’s also a container that has chia seeds neatly stacked on the shelf. Kourtney is healthy by cooking meals such as turkey chili or vegetable soup on Sundays and then storing them for the week following. She will also make healthier chicken tenders that she stores in the freezer to be used on busy days.
