In the year 2000, Kim sparked concern after declaring she lost weight to fit into a dress worn by Marilyn Monroe. Her diet has since gone slightly healthier.

Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional cookie she believes in eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly to keep her body in shape. She has tried numerous diets throughout her life however, she recently switched to a vegan diet and converted her sisters to it too.

She is a big fan of eggs, fruit, and green juices for breakfast. Kim also loves avocado on toast and pancakes with blueberry oatmeal and a bowl of cereal.

For lunch, Kim usually eats fish, chicken, or turkey and a variety of other vegetables and fruits. Also, she eats avocado and healthy fats like olive oil and nuts. She drinks lots of water and steers clear of sugary beverages. She always has the water bottle in her bag to keep hydrated. This is important because she exercises a lot. Her workouts include strength training, cardio, and HIIT exercises. She also likes Pilates and yoga.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian is a fan of plant-based eats. The KKW Beauty mogul shared a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes on her social media accounts with her followers. Recently, she revealed that her calorie-conscious eating habits have helped her lose weight after having a baby.

The reality show host doesn’t abandon all sweets and unhealthy food choices despite her craving for sweets. She maintains her physique by balancing calories control and regular exercise.

Dinner

Snacks

While the majority of Kim’s diet is clean and nutritious but she does indulge in her fair share of junk food. Kim, 42, recently caused a stir after sharing an image of her latest snacking habits on Twitter. The snap showed strings of celery and carrot sticks arranged on ice alongside a bowl of hummus.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s hummus and veggie sticks are stored in glass jars like her sister Khloe, on the pantry’s upper shelf. The jars are all neatly placed and stacked at an equal height.

The remainder of the snack box is packed with organic bars and snacks with high protein content. She also has a container with chia seeds that is neatly stacked on the shelf. Kourtney is healthy by cooking meals such as turkey chili or vegetable soup on Sundays and preparing for the week ahead. She also makes healthier chicken tenders, which she stores in the freezer to be used during busy days.
