Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional treat she believes in a balanced and healthy diet and regularly exercising to keep her body in shape. Kim Kardashian has tried many diets over the years however, she recently went vegan and subsequently influenced her sisters to it too.

She is a big fan of eggs, fruits, and green juices for breakfast. Kim is also known to love avocado on toast and pancakes (especially blueberry oatmeal), and cereal.

For lunch, Kim usually eats fish, chicken, or turkey along with a variety of vegetables and fruits. She also eats avocados and healthy fats like olive oil and nuts. She consumes plenty of fluids and avoids sweet drinks. She often carries her water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. This is crucial because she exercises a lot. Her workouts include cardio, strength training and HIIT exercises. She also enjoys Pilates and yoga.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian loves plant-based foods. The KKW Beauty mogul shared a number of delicious dishes that are based on vegetables on her social media accounts with her followers. She recently revealed that her calorie-conscious eating habits have helped her lose weight from her baby.

Despite her love for sweets, the reality star does not cut out all sweets or fatty food. She maintains her figure by balancing her calorie intake with consistent exercise.

She loves to eat eggs as well as fish and chicken with lots of vegetables and healthy fats like avocado and nuts. She is a sucker for small portions of berries or fast food if she’s wanting something sweet.

She reportedly works out six days a week, starting at 6 am. She is a cardio runner, doing climbing ladders for agility or rope exercises. She also focuses on building muscles and strength-training. She also isn’t a fan of sugar, which helps her to maintain a balanced slim figure.

Snacks

Although Kim’s diet is clean and nutritious, she does indulge in a bit of junk food. Kim, 42, caused an uproar on Twitter after sharing a picture of her new favorite snack. The photo showed strings of celery and carrot sticks arranged on ice alongside a bowl of hummus.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s veggie sticks and hummus are stored in glass jars, like her sister Khloe, on the upper shelf of the pantry. The jars have been neatly stacked and lined at the same height.

The remainder of the box is packed with organic bars and snacks high in protein. She also has a bag of chia seed that is neatly stacked in a row on the shelf. Kourtney keeps herself healthy by making meals like vegetable soup or turkey Chili on Sundays, and then storing them for the next week. She’ll also prepare a healthier version of chicken tenders that she keeps in the freezer for a quick meal during busy times.
