Breakfast

Dinner

Like her sister Khloe in the pantry as well, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians actress keeps her hummus and vegetables in glass jars. The jars have been neatly stacked and lined at the same height.

The remainder of the snack box is packed with organic bars and snacks that are high in protein. There’s also a jar of chia seeds that are neatly arranged on the shelf. Kourtney keeps it healthy by cooking meals like turkey chili or vegetable soup on Sunday and preparing them for the week. She’ll also make a healthier version of chicken tenders that she stores in her freezer to make a quick meal on busy days.
