Is the Kim Kardashian Diet and Workout Routine Healthy?

As one of the most photographed women around it’s not surprising that Kim Kardashian’s diet and workout routines are often the subject of news. But is it really healthy? We talked to two experts to get their opinions.

Last year, Kim sparked concern after admitting she dropped weight to fit into the dress worn by Marilyn Monroe. Her diet has changed since her last post.

Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional cookies is a firm believer in a balanced diet and exercising regularly to maintain her body. She has tried various diets over the years. Recently, she made the switch to a vegan lifestyle and convinced her sisters to do the same.

She loves eggs, fruit and green juices for breakfast. Kim also loves avocado toast pancakes, blueberry oatmeal with pancakes and a bowl cereal.

Kim eats fish or chicken with a variety of vegetables and the occasional berry for lunch. She also eats avocados and healthy fats like olive oils and nuts. She consumes plenty of water and avoids sweet drinks. She is often carrying her water bottle to keep hydrated throughout the day. This is especially important when she often works out. Her workouts include cardio, strength training, and HIIT exercises. She also likes Pilates and yoga.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian is a fan of plant-based meals. The KKW Beauty mogul has shared numerous delicious meals that are based on vegetables with her fans on social media. The way she eats to be carb-conscious has helped her lose baby weight, she has revealed.

Despite her love for sweets, the reality show host does not completely eliminate all sweets or fatty food. She maintains her physique by balancing her calorie intake with regular exercise.

Kim Kardashian enjoys vegan tacos for lunch. She also enjoys a meal packed with protein, like chicken, fish or avocado on toast.

Dinner

Kim is a billionaire and has access to the best surgeons, chefs, and personal trainers in the world. Kim also has a gorgeous hot body that inspires us all, however, her diet and exercise routine have been the subject of speculation.

Kim has recently shed 60 pounds following the birth of her son Saint, and she owes it to a strict Atkins diet. According to her nutritionist the low-carb diet helped her lose weight and keep it off.

She eats plenty of fish, eggs and chicken along with plenty of vegetables and healthy fats such as avocado and nuts. She loves to snack on small portions of berries or fast food when she’s wanting something sweet.

She is said to train six days a week beginning at 6 am. She is a cardio runner, doing agility ladder jumps and rope exercises. She also focuses on muscle building with lots of strength-training. She steers clear of sugar to maintain a lean, balanced figure.

Snacks

Although Kim’s diet is healthy and clean however, she still indulges in her fair share of junk food. The 42-year-old caused a stir after sharing a photo of her new snack addiction on Twitter. The photo showed strings of celery sticks and carrots placed on ice, alongside an hummus bowl.

Like her sister Khloe in the pantry The Keeping Up With the Kardashians actress keeps her hummus and vegetable sticks in glass jars. The jars have been neatly stacked and lined at the same height.

The rest of the box is filled with organic bars and snacks with high protein content. She also has a jar filled with chia seeds, neatly placed on the shelf. Kourtney is healthy by cooking meals such as turkey chili or vegetable soup on Sunday and preparing for the week ahead. She also makes a healthier version chicken tenders that she stores in the freezer to use on busy days.
