As one of the most photographed women around the globe It’s no surprise that Kim Kardashian’s diet and workout routine make headlines. But is it good for you? We asked two experts to share their views.

Kim caused controversy in the last year when she confessed that she shed some weight to fit in the dress she wore Marilyn Monroe. Her diet has changed since the time of her confession.

Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional treat she is a firm believer in a balanced and healthy diet and regularly exercising to keep her body in shape. She has tried many different diets through the years. Recently, she made the switch to a vegan diet and urged her sisters to do the same.

She is a fan of eggs, fruits and green juices as breakfast. Kim also loves avocado toast pancakes, blueberry oatmeal with pancakes and a bowl cereal.

For lunch, Kim usually eats fish or turkey, along with a variety of veggies and fruits. She also eats avocados as well as healthy fats such as nuts and olive oils. She drinks plenty of water and avoids sugary beverages. She carries the water bottle in her bag to keep hydrated. This is especially important because she often works out. Her workouts include strength training, cardio and HIIT exercises. She also loves Pilates yoga, yoga, and other forms of exercise.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian is a fan of plant-based meals. The KKW Beauty mogul shared a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes on her social media accounts with her followers. The way she eats to be carb-conscious has helped her lose baby weight, she has revealed.

The reality TV star doesn’t cut out all sweets or fatty food despite her sweet tooth. Instead, she uses the balance of calorie control and consistent exercise to keep her figure.

When it is time for lunch, Kim Kardashian loves vegan tacos and salads. She also likes a protein-rich meal of fish, chicken or avocado on toast.

Dinner

Kim lost 60 pounds in the last few months following the birth of her son Saint. She attributes it to the strict Atkins Diet for this. According to her nutritionist, the carb-conscious plan helped her shed the weight and keep it off.

She loves eating eggs as well as fish and chicken with lots of vegetables and healthy fats such as avocado and nuts. She is a sucker for small portions of berries or fast food if she is wanting something sweet.

She is said to exercise seven days a week beginning at 6 am. She engages in cardio-focused exercises such as agility ladder jumps and rope workouts, and she is focused on building muscle through lots of strength training. She avoids sugar to maintain an athletic, well-balanced and lean physique.

Snacks

Kim’s diet, although largely healthy and nutritious, does include certain junk foods. Kim’s 42-year-old self-described “foodie” caused a stir on Twitter after sharing a picture of her new favorite snack. The picture showed a bowl of Hummus and a bunch of celery, carrots and cucumber sticks, all on ice.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s veggie sticks and hummus are stored in glass jars, like her sister Khloe which are on the pantry’s upper shelf. The jars are neatly set up and stacked to an uniform height.

The rest of the snack box is filled with organic bar and snacks with high protein content. There’s also a jar of chia seeds which are neatly arranged on the shelf. Kourtney is healthy by cooking meals such as turkey Chili or vegetable soup on Sundays, and then storing them for the week following. She will also make a healthier version chicken tenders that she stores in the freezer to use during busy days.
