Breakfast

Other than the occasional cookie, Kim Kardashian is a fan of an adequate diet and regularly exercises to keep her body in shape. She has tried numerous diets throughout her life but, in recent times, she went vegan and even influenced her sisters into it as well.

She loves eggs, fruit and green juices for breakfast. Kim is also known to enjoy avocado on toast, pancakes (especially blueberry oatmeal) and cereal.

For lunch, Kim usually eats fish or chicken along with a variety of veggies and berries. She also eats avocados and healthy fats such as nuts and olive oils. She drinks plenty of water and is careful to avoid sweet drinks. She keeps an water bottle along to keep hydrated. This is vital because she exercises a lot. Her workouts include cardio, strength training, and HIIT exercises. She also likes Pilates as well as yoga and other forms of fitness.

Lunch

Snacks

Kim’s diet, although largely healthy and nutritious, does include some unhealthy food items. Kim’s 42-year-old self-described “foodie” caused an uproar on Twitter after she shared a photo of her new obsession with snacks. The snap showed a string of celery sticks and carrots placed on ice and the bowl of hummus.

Like her sister Khloe in the pantry as well, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians actress stores her hummus and vegetable sticks in glass jars. The jars have been neatly stacked and lined at the same height.

The remainder of the box is filled with organic bars and snacks high in protein. She also has a container of chia seeds which are neatly placed in a row on the shelf. Kourtney is healthy by cooking meals such as vegetable soup or turkey Chili on Sundays and storing them for the following week.
