Breakfast

Kim Kardashian, despite the occasional treat she is a firm believer in eating a balanced diet and regularly exercising to maintain her body. She has tried a variety of diets over the years however, she recently changed to a vegan diet and converted her sisters to the same diet.

She is a huge fan of eggs, fruits, and green juices for breakfast. Kim also enjoys avocado on toast and pancakes topped with blueberry oatmeal and a bowl cereal.

Kim eats fish or chicken along with a variety vegetables and berries for lunch. She also eats avocados as well as healthy fats such as nuts and olive oils. She consumes plenty of water and is cautious about drinking sugary beverages. She always has an empty water bottle to stay hydrated. This is especially important because she frequently works out. Her workouts include strength training, cardio, and HIIT exercises. She also likes Pilates and yoga.

Lunch

Kim Kardashian loves plant-based foods. The KKW Beauty mogul shared a many delicious vegetable-based dishes with her social media followers. She recently revealed that her diet based on carbs has helped her lose weight after having a baby.

Despite her sweet tooth, the reality star doesn’t cut out all candy or other fatty foods. Instead, she relies on an appropriate balance of calorie control and consistent exercise to maintain her physique.

Dinner

Kim lost 60 pounds in the past few months after the birth of her son Saint. She credits her strict Atkins Diet for this. According to her nutritionist, the diet that is low in carbs helped her lose weight and keep it off.

She is a fan of eating eggs or fish, chicken, and even fish with plenty of vegetables and healthy fats like avocado and nuts. She enjoys snacking on small portions of berries or fast food if she’s looking for something sweet.

She is said to work out seven days a week starting at 6am. She performs cardio-focused workouts like agility rope jumps and ladder jumps and focuses on building muscle with a lot of strength training. She avoids sugar to maintain an ideal, lean and balanced body.

Snacks

Kim’s diet, though largely healthy and nutritious, it does contain some unhealthy foods. The 42-year-old has recently made headlines after posting an image of her latest snack addiction on Twitter. The picture included a bowl of Hummus, a string of celery, carrots, and cucumber sticks on ice.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s veggies and hummus are kept in glass jars, similar to her sister Khloe in the pantry’s upper shelf. The jars are neatly stacked and lined up at the same height.

The rest of the snack drawer is full of high-protein, organic bars and snacks. She also has a container of chia seeds that are neatly placed in a row on the shelf. Kourtney maintains her health by cooking meals such as vegetable soup or turkey chili on Sunday and preparing her meals for the week. She will also cook a healthier version chicken tenders, which she stores in the freezer to be used on busy days.
