She loves eggs, fruits and green juices as breakfast. Kim also enjoys avocado toast, pancakes with blueberry oatmeal and a bowl of cereal.

Dinner

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s vegetable sticks and hummus are kept in glass jars, like her sister Khloe which are on the upper shelf of the pantry. The jars are neatly lined up and stacked at an equal height.

The rest of the snack drawer is stocked with a variety of organic, high-protein bars and snacks. She also has a bag of chia seeds, which are neatly stacked in a row on the shelf. Kourtney is able to stay healthy by preparing meals such as turkey Chili or vegetable soup on Sundays and storing the leftovers for the next week. She also makes a healthier version chicken tenders which she stores in the freezer for use during busy days.
