Her workouts include cardio, strength training and HIIT exercises. She also loves Pilates yoga, yoga, and other types of exercise.

Lunch

Snacks

Although the majority of Kim’s food is healthy and clean However, she indulges in a fair amount of junk food. Kim’s 42-year-old self-described “foodie” caused controversy on Twitter after sharing a picture of her new favorite snack. The picture showed a bowl of hummus and a string of celery, carrots, and cucumber sticks that were iced.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s vegetable sticks and hummus are kept in glass jars, like her sister Khloe, on the upper shelf of the pantry. The jars have been neatly stacked and lined at the same height.

The remainder of the snack drawer is full of high-protein, organic bars and snacks. She also has a jar that has chia seeds neatly stacked on the shelf.
